Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," "your") and s98apk ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Your continued use of the s98apk platform — including any game, feature, promotion, or payment service — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by s98apk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all members of s98apk regardless of geographic location, with particular applicability to members accessing the platform from Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s98apk platform and close your account.

s98apk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. The s98apk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. s98apk may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one s98apk account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. s98apk uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the s98apk registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan or your country of residence, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your s98apk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. s98apk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Pakistan-Specific Note: Players accessing s98apk from Pakistan using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are subject to the same eligibility requirements as all other members. Mobile number verification is required during registration for Pakistani players.

3.1 Know Your Customer Obligations. s98apk is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and responsible gaming standards. As part of this commitment, s98apk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain account thresholds.

3.2 Required Documents. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / CNIC for Pakistani members, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and/or documentation confirming the source of funds used to deposit.

3.3 Verification Timeline. s98apk aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, deposits and gameplay may continue, but withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Refusal to Verify. If you decline to complete the KYC verification process when required, s98apk reserves the right to suspend your account and/or restrict access to withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. s98apk accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. Available methods may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on s98apk is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in the supported cryptocurrency at the time of transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be returned, subject to applicable network fees.

4.3 Crypto Deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin) are processed on-chain and are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times. s98apk is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion. Once a crypto deposit receives the required number of blockchain confirmations, funds will be credited to your s98apk account balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. s98apk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and the withdrawal method selected. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operational hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed same-day in most cases. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Payment Method Restrictions. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. s98apk does not accept third-party payments. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, and the associated s98apk account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Currency Conversion. Where a deposit or withdrawal involves currency conversion between PKR and cryptocurrency, the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. s98apk does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for losses arising from currency fluctuation.

Crypto Bonus: A permanent 10% bonus is applied to every cryptocurrency deposit made on s98apk. This bonus is credited to your s98apk bonus wallet and is subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by s98apk are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New s98apk members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 250% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000. Eligibility is subject to minimum deposit requirements and the member not having previously held an s98apk account. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of first deposit.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and the crypto deposit bonus — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30 days of bonus credit, unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are set out in the individual offer terms.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. s98apk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions classified as bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, systematically wagering on opposing outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.6 s98apk Right to Modify Offers. s98apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a member has commenced meeting wagering requirements, s98apk will honour the remaining wagering obligation.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on s98apk are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding. s98apk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to contain errors in pricing or market configuration, and will refund the stake in such cases.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games on s98apk use certified random number generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by s98apk staff. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information section. By playing any casino game on s98apk, you acknowledge that casino games carry a mathematical house edge and that winning is not guaranteed.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on s98apk. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. s98apk reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to member accounts at its sole discretion.

6.4 Void Bets. s98apk reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: there is evidence of system error; odds or prices were published in error; the outcome of a sports event is subsequently changed by the relevant governing body; or there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.

6.5 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome or bet settlement, the result recorded in s98apk's internal system shall be final. If you believe a result has been recorded in error, you must raise the dispute with s98apk support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s98apk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Creating or operating multiple s98apk accounts for any purpose
  • Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
  • Laundering money or using s98apk to process funds derived from illegal activity
  • Abusing the bonus system in any way, including through coordinated betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value
  • Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law
  • Allowing any third party to access or operate your s98apk account on your behalf
  • Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or threats toward s98apk staff or other platform members

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the s98apk platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface design, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of s98apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s98apk platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any s98apk platform content without prior written authorisation from s98apk.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content on s98apk is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective game providers. s98apk does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9.1 No Warranty. The s98apk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s98apk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

9.2 Service Interruptions. s98apk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other interruption to the service — including during live sports betting events or casino game sessions.

9.3 Financial Losses. Gambling involves risk and you may lose the funds you deposit. s98apk accepts no liability for financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform. You are solely responsible for your betting and gaming decisions. s98apk strongly recommends that you gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

9.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s98apk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your s98apk account at the time the claim arises.

s98apk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an s98apk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s98apk does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform usage is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, and improving the platform experience. 11.1 s98apk Right to Suspend. s98apk reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any activity that s98apk considers may cause legal, regulatory, or reputational harm to the platform.

11.2 Member-Initiated Closure. You may close your s98apk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any funds remaining in your real-money account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Self-Exclusion Closure. Members who choose to self-exclude will have their accounts closed under the terms of our Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and the return of any remaining real-money balance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the s98apk dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani members retain all rights available to them under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
